Museum focussing on the rich past of the town as part of the German Hansa and the life of German traders in medieval Bergen. Housed in an original building of 1704 that belonged to the Hansa. Schøtstuene. These old houses between the historical quarter Bryggen and the Mariakirken belonged to the traders of the Hansa and had several functions (among other things as meeting rooms,...). They have now been arranged and furnished in the same way as they should have looked like in the high days of the town. This museum is part of the Hansa museum that is located near the quay.
